This unique program is designed for meditators seeking more joy, aliveness, and deeper connection—both with themselves and those around them. It’s for those who wish to deepen their meditation practice and let its benefits naturally expand into all areas of life. The program also supports transforming challenging patterns and cultivating healthy ones that arise from a foundation of safety, attunement, protection, delight, and encouragement.
At its core, the program is built on three essential components:
- Community practice to develop the art of co-regulation
- Metacognition training to enhance self-awareness
- Restructuring core beliefs to replace outdated, limiting patterns with new, supportive ones
The Integrated Meditation Program hypothesizes that these three elements, when combined, can create deeper and more lasting shifts in our inner world than meditation alone.
Renowned psychologist Dr. David Elliott, Ph.D., co-founder of the evidence-based Three-Pillars Protocol, has endorsed this program for meditators.
Is This Program Right for You?
This is not therapy, but a structured meditation program. To ensure a good fit, we offer three free self-assessment quizzes as part of the application process.
For meaningful transformation, we seek motivated meditators who can fully commit to attending all group and practice sessions.
Program Structure & Commitment
Each month, participants will engage in:
- One Big Group Session: 2.5 hours
- One Mentor Group Session: 1.5 hours
- One Peer Group Session: 1.5 hours
- One Peer Meeting with a Buddy: 1 hour
In the final three months, participants will also receive two additional 45-minute one-on-one meetings with Amma.

Financial Contribution
We strive to make this program accessible to individuals of varying financial means. Please select the most generous tier you can afford:
- Benefactor: $334/month for 6 months
- Standard: $292/month for 6 months
- Subsidized: $250/month for 6 months
Payments will be recurring monthly installments, beginning after acceptance into the program.
