This unique program is designed for meditators looking to find more joy, alivneess, connection with themselves and with people around them. Looking for deepening thier meditation practice and looking for these qualities to spread into all areas of thier lives. It supports changing challening patterns and finding the healthy ones that come from having safety, protection, attunement, delight and encouragment.
This program will have three components: community practice to learn the art of co-regulation, metacognition training, and restructuring the old core beliefs into new and helpful ones. The Integrated Meditation program hypothesizes that these three components can change our old and afflictive core beliefs more efficiently than just meditation alone.
Dr. David Elliott, Ph.D., who co-founded the evidence-based Three-pillars Protocol, has endorsed this program for meditators.
As this is not therapy, we assess if this program will be a good match for you with three free self-assessment quizzes as part of the application.
For this program to be effective, we will need a group of motivated meditators committed to attending all of the groups and practice sessions each month. Each month there will be:
One Big group: 2.5 hours
One Mentor group: 1.5 hours
One Peer group: 1.5 hours
One Peer meeting with a buddy: 1 hour
The last 3 months there will be 2 additional 45 minute one on one meetings with Amma.

Cost: We want to make this program available to participants of different financial means so we are asking you to select the most financially generous option you can pay.
Benefactor $2,000 = $334/month for 6 months
Standard - $1,750 = $292/month for 6 months
Subsidized - $1,500 = $250/month for 6 months
This will be in reoccurring monthly instalments and will begin after being accepted into the program.
This program will have three main supports or pillars.
1. Collaboration (Learning the art and skill of listening and inquiry to support each other)
2. Mentalization (Emphasizing how we can relax, reframe, and regulate)
3. Idealized support both from imagined parents and earth-based practices
These three segments will build upon each other.
Each month will have one large group meeting, lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes, and two small group meetings which includes one small group meeting with a teacher lasting 90 minutes and one peer-group meeting with the same peers for 90 minutes.
In addition, there will be two 40-minute one-on-one meetings with a teacher in the last 3 months of the program.
Once we receive your quiz results scores (links below) we will get back to you with time slots for an interview.
We will be asking some personal questions. Your answers will be kept confidential and only the main faculty of the program will see them. Some questions may bring up painful memories.
