Welcoming Vidya Uma
Awakening Truth is happy to introduce Vidya Uma, a good friend and Yoga teacher Amma first met when she was at the Saranya Aryurvedic Hospital in India early in 2020.
About Vidhya
Mrs. Vidhya Uma lives in Kerala (Thrissur), India, teaching Yoga since 2008. She is a Certified Teacher from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta International Centre, a Certified Yoga Therapist from SVayasa Deemed to be University (S-VYASA,) and a Certified 3rd Level Teacher and Evaluator for Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy (AYUSH). She is also a Yoga Consultant for an Ayurvedic Group (AVP) in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, India.
Vidhya is conducting Yoga and meditation from India (in English) and sessions are offered by donation (suggested $10 per class – no one turned away for lack of funds). Donations may be made through Paypal to her email address vidyahariharan08@gmail.com
About the Sessions
Classes will include Pranayama (breathing practices to energize), Asana (physical Yoga poses to strengthen the physical and energetic bodies), and Relaxation. Please email Vidya for more information.
