Mindfulness meditation is led by experienced teachers of Awakening Truth. The hour begins with a brief, gentle instruction. We will guide you to focus on the present moment with non-judgmental awareness, helping you let go of distractions and embrace the stillness within.
The 35-minute meditation session blends guided and silent meditation. Following the meditation, there will be a short 3-5 minute Dharma talk on the teachings of Buddhism, mindfulness, and the art of living in harmony with oneself and the world around.
Our intention is that you leave feeling refreshed, focused, and ready to navigate the day’s challenges and opportunities.
