Join us for a free one-hour introduction to the Integrated Meditation Program (IMP), a six-month program that integrates contemplative practice with attachment repair, relational development, and psychological growth.

- Learn the core principles of the Integrated Meditation Program and how they help translate insight into everyday life and relationships
