In a world that often feels fractured and overwhelming, Meditation Tuesdays offers a weekly opportunity to pause, connect, and resource ourselves through meditation and community. Join us every Tuesday at 8am PT / 11am ET for a 30-minute guided meditation practice.

What to Expect
Each week’s meditation will vary, offering different practices and approaches to support your well-being. We have a team of three rotating teachers who facilitate these sessions, bringing their unique perspectives and guidance.
Through these sessions, we’ll explore the foundations of meditation practice: body awareness, breath, feeling tones, and heart qualities.
