Online via Zoom\, and in person with Awakening Heart Sangha (at Emiliano Zapata 3\, Ajijic\, Jalisco\, Mexico). \nRegister at the top of this page to receive the Zoom information (Registration not required in-person). \nVolunteers needed: if you would like to help with Zoom break out rooms\, email info@awakeningtruth.org. \n\nAbout the Workshop\nThis 3-hour workshop offers three hours of enhancing goodness through guided SHINE practice\, inquiry with buddies\, and community connection. Together we’ll explore how cultivating positive states helps rebalance the brain’s negativity bias and expand our capacity for wellbeing. \nYou’ll also receive an introduction to the Integrated Meditation Program (IMP)—a trauma-informed\, attachment-aware approach that helps shift baseline patterns\, making it more natural and sustainable to recognize and rest in goodness. \n\nYou’ll Experience:\n\nExtended guided SHINE meditations\nBuddy inquiry and reflection practices\nA teaching on the neuroscience of positivity and resilience\nVoices from IMP alumni about their personal journeys\nSmall-group integration and discussion\nPractical tools you can use immediately\n\n\nPerfect For:\n\nThose curious about the Integrated Meditation Program\nPeople seeking tools to stay grounded and resilient in difficult times\nFriends\, family\, and colleagues exploring these practices together\n\nBring someone you love — a friend\, a colleague\, or a family member.
