SUMMARY:Election Night Compassionate Witness
DESCRIPTION:As we enter the U.S. election on Tuesday\, November 5th\, there’s an opportunity to turn inward with community that evening to access our purity of heart.  \nEquanimity is one of the four divine qualities of the heart we will explore together in a safely held space. Using the Awakening Truth Interactive Guidelines and Precepts for this Compassionate Witness Event\, we will learn to integrate equanimity into our hearts relationship to each other. Brian is an ordained member of the Order of Interbeing (OI) and a graduate of the MMTCP (Mindfulness Meditation Teaching Certification Program).  Holly is a certified teacher (CMT-P) through the Engaged Mindfulness Institute and the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
