DESCRIPTION:As we enter the U.S. election on Tuesday\, November 5th\, there’s an opportunity to turn inward with community that evening to access our purity of heart.  \nEquanimity is one of the four divine qualities of the heart we will explore together in a safely held space. Using the Awakening Truth Interactive Guidelines and Precepts for this Compassionate Witness Event\, we will learn to integrate equanimity into our hearts relationship to each other. SUMMARY:Integrated Meditation Program (Ongoing)
DESCRIPTION:The ongoing group will build on what we created\, deepen the 5 qualities- safety/protection\, attunement\, delight\, soothing/comfort\, exploration/play use them to undo activations and redo memories to continue shifting our attachment strategy until we are more and more secure. We will do this in parallel to using the 5 qualities to optimize our meditation practice. \n  \nThe Integrated Meditation ongoing group will last until January 2025 and includes: \n\nA monthly big group meeting for 2 hours\nA monthly peer group meeting for 1.5 hours\nCost $30 a month. To simplify bookkeeping\, please either sign up for recurring donations or pay the $30 X 6 upfront = $180.\n\n  \nDetails: \nThe big group will meet on the second Sunday of the month at 4 PM Pacific Time. \nThe peer group date and time TBD starting in September. \nYou are encouraged to meet with Buddies arranged at your own convenience. \n  \nDuring the breakout sessions in the big group\, Amma will work one-on-one with one person.
