Loving kindness has personal and boundless facets. When we cultivate it personally, we bring loving kindness directly to our body, emotions, mind states and relationships. Knowing unconditioned love is an access point to let go of a solid self-nature. When we do that we let go of boundaries that keep us feeling separate. Our fears that we will lose our personal love relationships release. We stop believing the stories we tell ourselves about who and what we are. The myths that we are undeserving and essentially unlovable fall away. In this openness, the heart natural response is to feel and let love in.
